Just to overcome this problem, the Tourism Department of Bihar Government has prepared a special mobile app for this. Due to which people will be able to get every small and big information related to Shravani Mela at a single click. According to departmental officials, this mobile app will be launched soon. In this, updated information about the arrangement of empty space, medical camp, toilet, drinking water etc. will be available in the tent city built at Shravani Mela.
1.Tent city being built for 500 people to sleep
The tourism department has made special preparations this time for the Shravani fair to be organized for the Kanwariyas in the month of Sawan. A meeting has also been held under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary regarding the preparations. A tent city is being built for sleeping 500 persons in Abrakha, Banka. The tent city will be monitored by CCTV cameras. There will be 50 separate toilets and bathrooms for men and women.
2. Administration is also making VIP lounge
A VIP lounge will also be built, where there will be a provision of uninterrupted power supply for 24 hours. For the convenience of the devotees, necessary road facilities will be made available at 16 places including Ajgaibinath Bhagalpur, Mojma Munger, Jilebiya Banka, Lulha Shivlok, Tankeshwar, Suiyan.
3. Cultural programs will be organized every day.
Let us tell you that Shravani Mela is organized for 30 days. It is being heard that this time cultural programs will be organized every day in Shravani Mela and a stage will also be prepared. Local artists as well as famous artists will be invited to participate in the cultural programmes. It is being told that three to four big LED screens will also be installed in Sultanganj, the starting point of the Yatra. Not only this, welcome gates will also be made at 50 places in the Kavadia circuit.
4. 20 mobile toilets will be arranged on the way
There will also be a provision of 20 mobile toilets on the way for the devotees. There will be 11 tourism information centers up to the border of Jharkhand. In this, information centers will be set up at Sultanganj Railway Station, Sultanganj Bus Stand, Sultanganj Ghat, Ghandi Bellary, Kumarsar, Dhauri, Suiya, Abrakha, Katoria, Inrawaran and Dumma. Two personnel will be posted at these centers 24 hours a day.
