What Is Oxybreath Pro?
Oxybreath Pro is an anti-pollution breathing mask that can help filter out almost all air pollutants including bacteria and viruses to make sure we breathe in cleaner healthier air. It offers complete mouth and nose coverage and comes with a dual protective valve built-in which ensures that the clean air doesn’t escape through any leakage.
How Does It Work?
OxyBreath Pro advertises using nanotechnology to filter out air contaminants that are larger than PM 2.5. But what does that mean?’
PM 2.5 is basically a size rating for Particulate Matter that is less than 2.5 micrometers – around 3% the diameter of a human hair. As you can imagine, this is really small, in fact, it is so small that it can’t be seen without the help of an electron microscope.
Now generally air pollutants are much larger than PM 2.5. As such, the mask effectively filters out these particles saving you from all their ill effects.
On top of that, you also get an active carbon layer and a dedicated reinforcement layer to help filter out further contaminants including viruses and bacteria.
PM 2.5: OxyBreath Pro has a PM 2.5 rating, which means it will filter any particulate matter (PM) larger than 2.5 micrometers.
Full Protection: OxyBreath Pro claims to protect wearers against allergens, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants. The mask will protect against both airborne particles and liquid droplets.
Fits Over Nose and Mouth Completely: Like most facemasks, OxyBreath Pro fits completely over your nose and mouth to block particles.
Comfortable: OxyBreath Pro claims to be the most comfortable mask on the market.
Fits All Faces: The mask also claims to fit all types of faces, and it can stretch to accommodate faces of all sizes.
Lightweight: The manufacturer claims OxyBreath Pro is so light “you won’t even feel it on your face”.
Washable: You can wash the mask as many times as you like.
Reusable: The OxyBreath Pro mask is not designed to be disposable. It’s designed to be used over and over again. Just wash the mask and put it back on.
Oxybreath Pro Review – Conclusion
After using the Oxybreath Pro masks I think I can guide people who want to buy this for pollution and dirt protection. Oxybreath Pro means this mask if properly worn blocks at least 95% of very small (0.3 microns) test particles. This gives protection against dust/fume/mist (DFM). Although my primary usage is in a hospital to prevent airborne infections, it can pretty well be used in extremely polluted cities like Delhi, for example. Compared to other N-95 respirators, I find this one to be soft and snugly fitting due to elastic bands. The lining around the mask fits snugly on the nose. You have to ensure you store it clean, preferably in sunlight. The only drawback of any face mask is rebreathing and suffocation, if worn for long periods. So all in all Oxybreath Pro has provided good quality respirators at this price.
